Inspired by the iconic triangular industrial-era Flatiron building during a holiday in New York, she engaged JGP Compages to design The Iveria, which also sits on a triangular plot simply off River Valley Road.

As a secondary school student, Chang consumed fashion magazines, especially Vogue, voraciously. Only in her 20s, she became more than interested in architecture and interior pattern, poring over titles such equally Wallpaper, Design & Architecture, and Tatler Homes.
Only one also senses that she is firmly grounded in practicalities – something she credits to her parents.
"As long as I can remember, I always went along with my father on construction site- and showflat visits. He taught me to always exist respectful to everyone, no affair their background. After graduating from SMU in finance and business, Chang worked at real estate agency Huttons from 2022 to 2015, doing business evolution and role-fourth dimension holding sales, covering industrial, residential, resale and rental markets.
